ANTH 3254 - Nationalism, Violence, Militarism 1 Course Unit(s) This course will explore the intricacies of and intersections between nationalism, violence and militarism. We will also engage in nuanced, cultural analyses of these concepts, which constitute the structural reality for the world’s citizens as well as those who do not have recognized citizenship. Through an interdisciplinary selection of readings, we will investigate the local manifestations of these three concepts and their impact on political agency.
