WGS 2144 - Women’s Literature 1 Course Unit(s) Also listed as ENG 2144 . A survey of major issues in the study of women in literature, covering a representative sample of women writers. Questions will be raised about the nature and effects of patriarchal thinking on women and women writers, the ways in which women’s problems emerge in women’s writing, and the ways in which women writers image reality.
