PHIL 4014 - Recent Philosophy 1 Course Unit(s) A study of Western philosophical developments since the beginning of the twentieth century. The course will address principal currents in Continental, as well as Anglo-American, philosophy. Movements addressed may include psychoanalysis, Marxism, positivism, semiotics, phenomenology, existentialism, hermeneutics, pragmatism, post-structuralism, and analytic philosophy.
