WRC 3034 - Organizational Communication 1 Course Unit(s) The study of the ways in which communication affects organizations. Uses Organizational Theory to focus on concepts of group work, leadership, motivation, formal and informal systems, external and internal audiences, organizational technologies, and interpersonal communication in organizations. Students complete practical application through analysis of a particular organization.
