PE 44 - CPR/First Aid

This course will introduce students to the physical skills and knowledge necessary to administer Basic Life Saving (CPR) and First Aid. Students will acquire and practice the gross motor skills required to deliver CPR and First Aid and they will learn the concepts and theories of how and why we treat injuries and emergency situations. Course content will be based on American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines for Basic Life Saving and First Aid. CR/NC grading
