ECON 3074 - Macroeconomic Theory and Policy 1 Course Unit(s) Study of macroeconomic theories and monetary and fiscal policy. Analysis of the factors that determine the economy’s aggregate output, employment, interest rates, and general price level. Topics include unemployment, inflation, business cycles, and economic growth. Current issues and controversies in macroeconomics, including issues in macroeconomic stabilization policies and international macroeconomics.
