BIO 3034 - Molecular Genetics of Eukaryotes 1 Course Unit(s) An examination of how the information encoded in molecules drives cellular and organismal function, inheritance, and evolution in eukaryotes. Topics covered include DNA replication, gene regulation, epigenetics, mutation, and genomics. Special emphasis will be placed on current primary literature and how molecular techniques are used to investigate a variety of questions in the field. Lecture and laboratory.
