ACCT 4094 - Advanced Taxation 1 Course Unit(s) As the second course in the Taxation area, this course will apply your existing tax knowledge to business entities, emphasizing the differences in the entities and choice of entity. This course will explore tax
situations unique to corporations. Emphasis will be placed on working directly with primary and secondary tax law sources beyond the textbook to develop solutions. Learning to communicate those findings will also be key. The primary objective of this course is to broaden your understanding of the process of taxation from a U.S. perspective and to develop an approach to solving tax problems. Standard
