ECON 3194 - Game Theory 1 Course Unit(s) An introduction to game theory, the mathematical study of strategic interactions. Topics include definition of a game, methods of representing games, equilibrium concepts and methods for solving for equilibrium, “standard” games such as Prisoner’s Dilemma, Stag Hunt, Chicken, etc., games of imperfect information, mechanism design, bargaining. We will look at applications in a range of contexts including economics, politics, business, and biology. Standard grading
